I was blown away by the breakfast spread that included amazing local dishes like Nasi Lemak with Sambal Udang. The staff's effort in serving Kopi Kampung in traditional kettles over firewood was a unique touch that took me back to my childhood. The ambience of the restaurant during our family stay was warm and inviting.
totally recommend 😊❤️

We liked its scrumptious and awesome breakfasts!
The room was compact and extremely pleasant included a kitchen and an iron. It had comfy beds and a great view to the Ipoh hills and ranges. The location of this hotel next to tourist attraction, and outskirts of Ipoh was convenient and handy.

Beds and pillows in my deluxe twin room were very clean. Had central location to improve in yerm of bakery. Moreover, it's so close to a large air-conditioned Yemeni restaurant as well as center...

Great views of Kinta River and mountains from my room. The breakfast buffet offered a broad range of delicious local dishes. The nasi lemak with sambal udang was a standout. Staff did a commendable job in replenishing food quickly. The air conditioning in my room was not effective even at the lowest setting. The bathroom had a persistent noise from the toilet water that was distracting. I also found the television remote provided but the TV itself was faulty. The hotel has potential, but it needs proper maintenance and training for staff .

Heard hotel is only two months old and although it's only two months old but the bathroom looked cheap and I believed a few months down the road, the bathroom will be in a bad shape. Hotel lift right now doesn't tells you which floor you are at. No indication either in the lift or outside the lift. Light up the 'clean room' button but end of the day when I got back to the room, nothing was done. Called at least more than three times to the house-keeping as well as reception area but have to complain to manager then they came. Breakfast is consider lousy as this is a 4-star hotel. When I checked in, receptionist said there is no such booking even though I have presented Booked.net email. I told them I have booking and refused to pay anything more than what have written in the email. In the end, they accepted it.

nice riverview
the pool attire regulation is too strict. my children were greatly disappointed as they were not allowed to swim with their sports singlets or tees. swimsuits should not be compulsory for hotel pools.

Compared to other hotels, furnishings were modern and comfortable.
The wireless in the room was virtually non existent. Worked for about 15 mins near he desk one night and never for the rest of my stay. I had to go to the lobby to check email, etc. even there it broke often and was slow. Hence the word "free wifi" is a misnomer. Attempts to get help failed as was informed that it people are not around.
